1. Services

Trekvonia provides business consulting services to businesses in Singapore and throughout Asia-Pacific. Our services include strategic planning, business development, process optimization, and scaling solutions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Engagement Process

The information available on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding agreement to provide services. All services are provided only upon execution of a written agreement between Trekvonia and the client.

The typical engagement process follows these steps:

  1. Initial contact through our website or direct communication
  2. Preliminary consultation to understand client needs and objectives
  3. Proposal development outlining recommended services and associated fees
  4. Agreement on terms and execution of a written service agreement
  5. Commencement of services according to the agreed scope and timeline

3. Service Agreements

All Trekvonia services are governed by a written service agreement that outlines the specific terms, scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees applicable to each engagement. Any modifications to the service agreement must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Trekvonia and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Singapore and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Trekvonia.

4.2 Client Materials and Deliverables

Ownership of deliverables and intellectual property created during the provision of services will be specified in the service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Client materials remain the property of the client
  • Pre-existing Trekvonia methodologies, tools, and frameworks remain the property of Trekvonia
  • Custom deliverables created specifically for the client typically become the property of the client upon full payment

5. Confidentiality

Trekvonia treats all client information as confidential. We will not disclose confidential information to any third party except:

  • As necessary to provide our services
  • With explicit client permission
  • As required by law or legal process

We expect clients to maintain the confidentiality of our proprietary methodologies, tools, and non-public business information shared during the engagement.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are detailed in the service agreement provided to each client. Payment terms are specified in the service agreement and typically include:

  • Payment schedule (e.g., upfront, milestone-based, monthly)
  • Acceptable payment methods
  • Currency and applicable taxes
  • Late payment terms and consequences

Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Trekvonia reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Trekvonia, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Any conduct or content of any third party related to our services
  • Any content obtained from our services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us for services during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trekvonia, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

Specific termination conditions for consulting engagements are detailed in the service agreement and may include:

  • Notice periods required for termination
  • Early termination fees or penalties
  • Payment obligations for work completed prior to termination
  • Return or destruction of confidential information

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through the following process:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
